We are so proud to sell our high quality USAmade products and know you will be pleased. USAmade products are manufactured at a facility which is certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards. They really care about their machining and that's why we do business with them. USAmade products are checked before being shipped.
USAmade does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, a wreck, using the product for something other than its' intended purpose and/or alteration of the product.

Returns not accepted after 30 days.
In email; please provide name, address, order # and reason for return. If accepted, we will provide you with Return Authorization Number (RA#).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All returned items are to be shipped to USAmade with RA# marked on outside of package. Please make the return within 10 days of receiving the RA#. Include a copy of invoice. The items must be returned with original packaging. Once your item is received and processed; we will issue a credit to your Paypal account. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee and it will be deducted from credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
