Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically generated confirming your order.  This receipt does not constitute a contract with immediate delivery.  Orders may be cancelled or placed on hold at any time due to insufficient stock, Paypal's inability to authorize a credit card or transaction, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price or any other reason USAMade Components sees fit.  USAMade Components shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether your credit card has been charged.  If the Paypal transaction goes through and your order is canceled, USAMade Components will issue a credit in the amount of the price charged.
